Let’s go back to this short sale seller. Why are the doing a short sale? Isn’t the main reason to avoid the pitfalls associated with foreclosure and potential bankruptcies?
I would like to ask you to picture a flow chart with you at the very top, you can draw this out if you like. Under you are 2 columns, the one on the left is an owner doing a short sale to avoid foreclosure, lesser of 2 evils right? The column on the right is an owner who you can help to stay in their home by putting them in touch with an attorney who can get their loan modified. You know what you earn from a short sale commission, on the loan mod side, you will earn between $150 and $850 dollars to help them keep their home.
