The Results Group Profit Sharing Model (rev 4.9.2009)
As it is our belief that by working together we all achieve greater success, we have committed to placing 20% of monies received by The Results Group (hereinafter referred to as TRG) into our profit sharing pool (PSP.) Unlike other profit sharing programs, our business model requires that profit exist from each and every dollar received. We believe that if you are to assume the risks and liabilities associated with being in business you must demand a reward in the form of profit. As a member of our 100 Club you are entitled to share in these profits in a manner directly proportionate to your contribution to our success. When a new member names you as their sponsor, or the person who introduced them to the 100 Club, they will be listed in your 1st level of members recruited. Below is a table outlining the 7 levels and various percentages payable on each level of your personal profit share organization (PSO):
Level One This is where you introduced a new member to The 100 Club. You receive 50% of the monies paid into the PSP from revenue received from that member.
Level Two This is where someone you introduced has introduced someone else to The 100 Club. You receive 20% of the monies paid into the PSP from revenue received from that member
Levels Three, Four, Five & Six You will receive 5% per level, of the monies paid into the PSP for those in your PSO
Level Seven You will receive 10% of the monies paid into the pool for those in your PSO
* In the event there are not at least 7 levels above any member, the monies due and payable to the levels not filled will be retained by TRG to further grow and promote the company.
EXAMPLE# 1: You introduce 10 people into 100 Club Membership, none of them are involved in any other activities generating revenue to TRG:
10 members @ $100/mo each = $1000/mo revenue to TRG
X 20% into PSP = $200/mo into the PSP
X 50% Level One = $100/mo to you (by assisting TRG you will have created a revenue stream sufficient to cover your 100 Club Membership each month!)
EXAMPLE #2: You introduce 3 people into 100 Club Membership, they each introduce 3 people and this goes on throughout your full seven levels. The average member then generates $300 in monthly revenue to TRG:
3 members @ $300/mo each = $900/mo revenue to TRG from your Level One = $180 into PSP x 50% = $90/mo to you for Level One PLUS
9 members @ $300/mo = $2,700/mo revenue from your Level Two = $540 into PSP x 20% = $108/mo to you for Level Two PLUS
27 members @ $300/mo = $8,100/mo revenue from your Level Three = $1,620 into PSP x 5% = $81/mo to you for Level Three PLUS
81 members @ $300/mo = $24,300/mo revenue from your Level Four = $4,860 into PSP x 5% = $243/mo to you for Level Four PLUS
243 members @ $300/mo = $72,900/mo revenue from your Level Five = $14,580 into PSP x 5% = $729/mo to you for Level Five PLUS
729 members @ $300/mo = $218,700/mo revenue from your Level Six = $43,740 into PSP x 5% = $2,187/mo to you for Level Six PLUS
2,187 members @ $300/mo = $656,100/mo revenue from your Level Seven = $131,220 into PSP x 10% = $13,122/mo to you for Level Seven or a total of . . .
$90 Level One
+ $108 Level Two
+ $81 Level Three
+ $243 Level Four
+ $729 Level Five
+ $2,187 Level Six
+ $13,122 Level Seven
$16,560/mo total when you commit to bring in 3 members who each bring in 3 members and so on until your 7 levels have been filled and they each contribute and average of $300/mo to our revenue. Is that a reasonable return for your commitment to helping others grow?
