Where would my life go if I surrounded myself by more and more people whom I can learn from, teach, profit with and enjoy?
Can I accomplish this in just a few hours per week in such a way as to compliment, not distract from, my primary business?

The details:
* You join our 100 Club for coaches ($250/mo or $2500/yr) this gets you the 100 Club membership PLUS you participate in one of our coaches masterminds (masterminds will be limited to 12 coaches)
* We work together to build your coaching business to whatever level you choose
* You have the option to work with Kirk 1 2 1 to build your business even faster ($1000 for 10 calls)
* You sign up clients (we can help with this but it may change your compensation) for 100 Club, and/or more
* You work with clients to determine which of the 100 Club calls will be most beneficial to your client, you have them participate accordingly, you follow up in your weekly (40+ times/yr) calls by asking what they learned on the group calls, what they are planning to do with information they heard, how you can assist them with current opportunities and then you hold them accountable. You will have the option to place responsibility for the “hard, blunt, sometimes brutal conversations” on us. You will be able to repeat this forever if you choose. At some point your clients may be willing to accept more input and ideas/creativity from you, and you may be better equipped and/or more willing to oblige. Initially, we will handle the skills and creativity; you only need to address the accountability and discipline.
* Your clients sign agreement with TRG (The Results Group) with this agreement each of them will receive 100 Club Membership.
* You will have your clients complete monthly progress report and you will submit your reports to TRG by the 3rd of each month.
* TRG will invoice and collect payments from your clients, all payments (excepting 100 Club membership) received by the 15th of each month will be subject to a 65/35 split with you receiving 65% of the non 100 Club membership income each month. If TRG doesn’t get paid, you don’t get paid. These are your clients and you have to be responsible for their accountability.
* Any clients not paying by the 15th of each month will be locked out of access to website (www.theresultsgrouponline.com) and group calls until payment has been made. In the event coach’s payment is not made, all monies payable to coach may be withheld until such time as payment has been made.
* You will be paid by TRG as outlined above PLUS your profit sharing income (see additional information) by the 25th of each month. (Profit sharing could prove to be MORE lucrative than the actual coaching in the long run.)
* You will continue to receive profit sharing income for as long as you remain affiliated and in good standing with TRG.
* You will be responsible, demonstrate integrity and always be looking for opportunities to help others.
* You will be an independent contractor, with the ability to grow and develop your individual business as you see fit. As long as it works in harmony with TRG we will maintain our relationship, if or when that harmonic relationship ends, so will our working together. We will not be requiring attendance at events or in person training sessions, exclusive coaching agreements, etc. We believe that you will do what is right, what has integrity and will therefore create a situation wherein we (you, TRG and most importantly the clients) will all prosper.
* You will be valued as a key member of our organization, your ideas, your input, your suggestions and recommendations will all be highly valued. You will matter to us and together we will make a difference for your clients.
* We will work together to avoid creating rules and limitations, constantly working towards a shared goal of helping those who wish to be helped.
Optional offerings:
* We will do a live event in your area or market of choice (if you elect to take advantage of this you will pay a $2500 deposit prior to scheduling the event, of which a portion will be refundable based on attendance and results. Additionally, all costs associated with promoting, hosting and putting on the event will be yours. We show up and present. Depending upon the size of the event we will offer numerous “give aways” to introduce our services to those in attendance. You may elect to solicit sponsorships to assist you with these expenses, for this we can provide guidance and assistance. Minimum attendance required will be 50 people and complete contact information for all registered and/or in attendance will be provided by you to TRG within 24 hours of completion of the event.) You will have the option within 24 hours after the event, to receive credit for personally introducing all of those in attendance to TRG (thereby having them under you for profit sharing purposes) and receiving no refund of any portion of the $2500, OR you may elect to share the credit 50/50 with the presenter and having up to $1500 refunded.
* We will do a live teleconference, or webinar, for any and all you elect to invite (if you elect to take advantage of this you will pay a $750 deposit prior to scheduling the event of which a portion will be refundable based on attendance and results. Additionally, all costs associated with promoting, hosting, and putting on the event will be yours. You may elect to solicit sponsorships to assist you with these expenses, for this we can provide guidance and assistance. Minimum attendance required will be 12 people and complete contact information for all registered and/or in attendance will be provided by you to TRG within 24 hours of event’s completion.) You will have the option within 24 hours after the event, to receive credit for personally introducing all of those in attendance to TRG (thereby having them under you for profit sharing reasons) and receiving no refund of any portion of the $750, OR sharing the credit 50/50 with the presenter and having up to $500 refunded.
TRG Profit Sharing and Gross Income Model:
Our profit sharing and gross income model will be simple and straightforward. If you sign up a client, 100 Club, or otherwise (TRG partnerships may be excluded from the profit sharing and will be addressed on a case by case basis,) the income paid by client, after any split with coach. Will be subject to the following:
20% of income received will be paid to TRG ownership as their return for the risks of being in business (read this as PROFIT)
20% of income received will be subject to profit sharing agreement (see details of 7 level plan)
10% of income received will be used for overhead, administrative fees, bookkeeping, IT, etc
25% of income received will be paid for the creation of material being presented (licensing, royalty fees, etc)
25% of income received will be paid for presentation of materials
As a coach, you may grow to the point of having additional materials and/or programs to offer our clients. In such cases, any programs you create and/or present will create the possibility for you to gain additional revenue streams for as long as you remain affiliated and in good standing with TRG.
Profit sharing details:
The monies paid into the profit sharing pool from revenue received from any client will be subject to disbursement as below:
Level one you introduced the client to TRG and that introduction resulted directly in their becoming a client at this level you will receive 50% of monies paid into profit sharing pool on their behalf each month.
Level two you will receive 20% of the monies paid into profit sharing pool . . .
Level three 5%
Level four 5%
Level five 5%
Level six 5%
Level seven 10%
In the event there are not seven levels above any client, the monies due and payable to those levels will be retained by TRG to further grow and promote the company.
By receiving 65% of what the client pays each month for coaching them, you will have the ability to earn a total of 68.5% by having been the reason they became a client of TRG. While other coaching companies are now paying you 30-35% of what the clients pay, you can earn more than twice that!
