Many years ago I had a mentor who owned small pieces of many many businesses. He simply assisted the owners when they needed help, and in exchange he shared in the profits, and ownership, of the business. His reward was purely a function of his contribution. Far too often today we find ourselves dealing with those who would have us pay and then hope that what they have to offer is of value.
We prefer, when possible, to share in the benefits created from what we provide. It is our hope that through our willingness to share the risk with you will help you to clearly see that we are in fact putting our money where our mouth is. We understand this is truly a nonconformist approach, perhaps this is why it feels so good.
